Quick Start

Get your ECOSIRE product live yourself. Pick your product type below and follow the numbered steps. Most customers are running in 10–15 minutes.


Odoo marketplace connectors

This covers all 190+ ECOSIRE store-management connectors — Amazon, eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce, Daraz, Noon, MercadoLibre, TikTok Shop, and the rest. They all work the same way and ship for Odoo 17, 18, and 19 (Community and Enterprise).

What you need: an Odoo instance you can install modules on, your ECOSIRE license key (ECO-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX), the connector ZIP from your dashboard, and your marketplace API credentials.

1. Install the module

  • No server access: Odoo Apps → ⋮ → Upload Module, choose the ZIP, Import. (Enable Developer Mode first under Settings → Developer Tools.)
  • Server access: unzip into your addons folder, restart Odoo, then Apps → Update Apps List → Install.

Updating an existing install? Always run Apps → (module) → Upgrade (or restart with -u <module>). A file swap without an upgrade leaves the database missing new columns.

2. Activate your license

Open the connector's Configuration / Settings (or Settings → ECOSIRE License), paste your ECO-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX key, and click Activate. You should see Active.

3. Connect your store

Under <Connector> → Configuration, create a store, enter your marketplace API credentials (exact fields are on your module page), and click Test Connection. Set the warehouse and company. Turn Sandbox Mode off for a live store.

4. First sync

<Connector> → Operations → run Products / Orders / Customers / Inventory. Use Import Historical Orders with a date range to backfill. Watch the Sync Log.

5. Map products to your existing catalogue (don't create duplicates)

If you already keep your products in Odoo and just want the connector to link to them:

  1. Set "Create Missing Products" = OFF on the store.
  2. Make each Odoo product's Internal Reference (or Barcode) equal its marketplace Seller SKU.
  3. <Connector> → Tools → Import Product MappingMatch By = Seller SKU → run Preview, then Only update existing products.
  4. For older orders, click Re-map Products on the order.

6. Fulfilment & dashboard

Push status with Mark Packed (set the Shipment Provider first) and Ready to Ship; print labels with Print AWB / Invoice. The dashboard shows revenue, orders, products + variant count, and a store selector when you run more than one store.

Shopify Themes

  1. Download the theme package from your dashboard.
  2. Upload via Online Store → Themes → Upload Theme.
  3. Activate your license in the theme settings.
  4. Customize in the Shopify theme editor.

SaaS Tools

  1. Sign up at the tool's URL (in your dashboard).
  2. Enter your license key during onboarding.
  3. Configure your workspace.
  4. Invite team members as needed.
