Ozon Store Management

The ECOSIRE Ozon Store Management module integrates your Ozon seller account with Odoo through the official Ozon Seller API. Manage product cards, pricing, inventory, orders, and fulfillment on Russia's leading e-commerce marketplace from a single Odoo instance. With support for both FBO (Fulfillment by Ozon) and FBS (Fulfillment by Seller) models, warehouse management, and automated settlement tracking, this module helps sellers operate efficiently on one of the largest online retail platforms in Russia and the CIS region.

Prerequisites

  • Odoo 17, 18, or 19 (Community or Enterprise edition)
  • An active ECOSIRE license for this module
  • An Ozon seller account with API access
  • API credentials (Client ID and API Key) from the Ozon Seller Personal Account

Installation

  1. Download the module ZIP from your ECOSIRE Dashboard
  2. Extract to your Odoo addons directory:
    unzip ecosire-ozon-*.zip -d /opt/odoo/addons/
  3. Restart the Odoo service:
    sudo systemctl restart odoo
  4. Navigate to Apps, click Update Apps List
  5. Search for "ECOSIRE Ozon Store Management" and click Install
  6. Enter your ECOSIRE license key when prompted

Configuration

Step 1: Obtain Ozon API Credentials

  1. Log in to the Ozon Seller Personal Account
  2. Navigate to Settings then API Keys
  3. Click Generate Key to create a new API key
  4. Select the required permissions:
    • Product management
    • Price management
    • Stock management
    • Order management
    • Returns and disputes
    • Finance and analytics
  5. Note your Client ID and the generated API Key
  6. Record your warehouse IDs for FBO and FBS configurations

Step 2: Connect in Odoo

  1. Navigate to Ozon Store Management then Configuration
  2. Enter your Ozon API credentials (Client ID and API Key)
  3. Click Test Connection to verify connectivity
  4. Configure your default warehouse and company mapping
  5. Set up fulfillment preferences (FBO, FBS, or both)
  6. Map Ozon warehouses to Odoo warehouse locations

Step 3: Configure Sync Settings

Product Sync

  • Choose sync direction: Ozon to Odoo, Odoo to Ozon, or bidirectional
  • Set sync interval: Scheduled (5/15/60 minutes)
  • Configure product field mapping and Ozon category mapping
  • Set up product card content templates with required attributes
  • Map Ozon product IDs and SKUs to Odoo products

Inventory Sync

  • Map Odoo warehouses to Ozon FBO and FBS warehouses
  • Set buffer stock quantities per fulfillment model
  • Enable scheduled stock updates
  • Configure FBO inbound shipment planning

Order Sync

  • Enable automatic order import
  • Map Ozon payment references to Odoo payment journals
  • Configure fulfillment workflows for FBO and FBS separately
  • Set up return and dispute processing workflows

Initial Sync

  1. Go to Ozon Store Management then Operations then Initial Import
  2. Select data types to import (Products, Orders)
  3. Set date range for historical orders
  4. Click Start Import and monitor progress in the sync log

The OWL 2 dashboard provides:

  • 6 KPI cards showing real-time sales, orders, and fulfillment metrics
  • Interactive Chart.js sales analytics with date filtering
  • Top products ranking by revenue on Ozon
  • FBO vs FBS performance comparison
  • Warehouse stock level overview across Ozon fulfillment centers
  • Settlement and commission reconciliation tracking
  • Live activity feed of recent sync operations
