What it does (full platform)​

  • Multi-discipline BOQ and rate analysis — structured Bills of Quantities with labour, material, equipment, and subcontract cost components per item.
  • Job costing with committed-cost tracking — purchase orders, vendor bills, timesheets, attendance, and stock moves posted against the BOQ; committed-but-not-yet-invoiced spend surfaced in real time.
  • Project P&L and cost-to-complete forecasting — live budget vs actual vs forecast across every cost category.
  • Earned-value cockpit — CPI, SPI, and VAC tiles updated as costs and progress are recorded.
  • Inspection workflows and phase scheduling — inspection checklists with sign-off; Gantt-style phase scheduling with planned vs actual progress.
  • RFI and transmittal registers — full correspondence trail for Requests for Information and document transmittals.
  • BOQ-driven progress billing (IPC) — cumulative period-to-date valuations, retention, advance payment recovery, variation orders, IFRS-15 WIP roll-up, direct GL posting.

Installation​

  1. Download the bundle ZIP from your ECOSIRE Dashboard. The bundle ZIP contains all five module directories.
  2. Extract all modules to your Odoo addons directory: 
    unzip ecosire-construction-suite-*.zip -d /opt/odoo/addons/
  3. In Odoo go to Apps, click Update Apps List.
  4. Search for ECOSIRE Construction Management and install it first (the foundation module).
  5. Then install each additional pack: Construction Billing, Construction Subcontract, Construction Estimation, Construction Field Operations.
  6. Enter your ECOSIRE license key when prompted after the first install.
Install order matters

Always install Construction Management (Core) before the other packs. The remaining four packs can be installed in any order after the core is active.
