ECOSIRE Construction Subcontract (Payment Certificates)
The ECOSIRE Construction Subcontract module adds back-to-back Subcontractor Payment Certificate (SPC) management to the ECOSIRE Construction Management core. It mirrors the IPC structure on the supply side: each subcontract package has its own BOQ-driven cumulative valuation, retention withheld from subcontractors, advance payments and their recovery, and a direct GL posting path from an approved SPC to an Odoo vendor bill.

What it does
- Subcontract packages — define scope packages for each subcontractor, each with its own BOQ items drawn from the main project BOQ, making back-to-back traceability straightforward.
- Cumulative SPC valuations — each payment certificate records period and to-date completion percentages per BOQ item, producing a running cumulative that matches the main-contract IPC period structure.
- Retention from subcontractors — configurable retention percentage withheld on each SPC; a separate retention release certificate is raised when the agreed milestone is reached.
- Advance payment and recovery — subcontract advances are tracked and deducted from subsequent SPCs until fully recovered, symmetrically with the main-contract advance handling in the Billing module.
- SPC-to-vendor-bill GL posting — an approved SPC creates a standard Odoo vendor bill with the correct cost accounts, retention payable to subcontractor, and advance recovery lines derived from the subcontract configuration.

Installation
- Ensure ECOSIRE Construction Management is installed.
- Download the module ZIP from your ECOSIRE Dashboard.
- Extract it to your Odoo addons directory:
unzip ecosire-construction-subcontract-*.zip -d /opt/odoo/addons/ - In Odoo go to Apps, click Update Apps List.
- Search for ECOSIRE Construction Subcontract and click Install.
- Enter your ECOSIRE license key when prompted.
