ECOSIRE Construction Estimation
The ECOSIRE Construction Estimation module adds tender-phase estimating to the ECOSIRE Construction Management core. Estimators build up costs item by item with full rate analysis, apply markup or target-margin percentages, and convert a won estimate to a sale order with a single click — at which point the awarded BOQ flows directly into the core module's job-costing and earned-value tracking, so there is no re-keying between bid and execution.
This module requires ECOSIRE Construction Management and Odoo's Sales Management (sale_management) app.

What it does
- Tender cost build-up — build the estimate line by line with the same labour / material / equipment / subcontract rate-analysis structure used in the core BOQ, so bid costs and execution costs are directly comparable.
- Markup and target-margin analysis — apply a markup percentage to arrive at a selling price, or work backwards from a target margin; the module shows the resulting gross margin at both line and total level.
- Estimate-to-sale-order — one click converts an approved estimate to a standard Odoo sale order; the awarded contract sum and BOQ structure are transferred automatically.
- Awarded BOQ feeds core — once the sale order is confirmed, the BOQ items flow into the Construction Management module's job-costing engine, so actual costs are tracked against the same structure used to price the bid.

Installation
- Ensure ECOSIRE Construction Management and the Odoo Sales app are installed.
- Download the module ZIP from your ECOSIRE Dashboard.
- Extract it to your Odoo addons directory:
unzip ecosire-construction-estimation-*.zip -d /opt/odoo/addons/ - In Odoo go to Apps, click Update Apps List.
- Search for ECOSIRE Construction Estimation and click Install.
- Enter your ECOSIRE license key when prompted.
