ECOSIRE Construction Field Operations
The ECOSIRE Construction Field Operations module extends the ECOSIRE Construction Management core with tools for the project site rather than the back office. Site supervisors raise material requisitions that generate direct-to-project purchase orders (bypassing the warehouse for site-consumed materials), record daily site activity logs, and complete inspection checklists with formal sign-off — with every cost captured directly against the project's BOQ and analytic account.
This module requires ECOSIRE Construction Management and Odoo's Purchase (purchase) app.

What it does
- Site material requisitions — site supervisors raise requisitions for materials needed on site; the module converts approved requisitions to purchase orders routed directly to the project (stockless), avoiding warehouse stock movements for consumables that never pass through a store.
- Direct-to-project PO cost capture — purchase order lines reference the project and BOQ item so vendor bill costs post directly to the analytic account and job-costing engine in the core module, updating committed-cost tracking in real time.
- Daily site logs — structured daily logs record labour deployed, equipment on site, weather conditions, work progress notes, and any incidents; logs are attached to the project phase and form the official site diary.
- Inspection checklists with sign-off — configurable inspection checklists are raised against project phases or BOQ items; each checklist item is marked pass / fail with a comment, and the completed inspection is formally signed off with a date and responsible party, producing a traceable record.

Installation
- Ensure ECOSIRE Construction Management and the Odoo Purchase app are installed.
- Download the module ZIP from your ECOSIRE Dashboard.
- Extract it to your Odoo addons directory:
unzip ecosire-construction-field-*.zip -d /opt/odoo/addons/ - In Odoo go to Apps, click Update Apps List.
- Search for ECOSIRE Construction Field Operations and click Install.
- Enter your ECOSIRE license key when prompted.
