Coupang Store Management

Connect your Coupang Wing seller account to Odoo through the Coupang Wing Open API v2. This module uses HMAC-SHA256 CEA (Coupang Enterprise Authentication) signatures to sign every request, providing secure access to manage products, orders, and inventory on South Korea's largest e-commerce platform. The Authorization header follows the format CEA algorithm=HmacSHA256, access-key=..., signed-date=..., signature=....

Prerequisites

• Odoo 17, 18, or 19 (Community or Enterprise edition)
• A Coupang Wing seller account (wing.coupang.com)
• Coupang Open API Access Key and Secret Key
• The requests Python package in Odoo's interpreter

Installation

1. Download the module ZIP from your ECOSIRE Dashboard
2. Extract to your Odoo addons directory:

   unzip ecosire-coupang-*.zip -d /opt/odoo/addons/

3. Restart the Odoo service:

   sudo systemctl restart odoo

4. Navigate to Apps, click Update Apps List
5. Search for the module and click Install

There is no licence key to enter and no companion module to install first — the ZIP is self-contained.

Configuration

Step 1: Obtain Coupang API Credentials

1. Log in to Coupang Wing
2. Navigate to Developer Center > API Management
3. Create a new API application
4. Note your Access Key and Secret Key
5. Note your Vendor ID from account settings

Step 2: Connect in Odoo

1. Navigate to Coupang Store Management > Configuration
2. Create a new configuration and enter:
   • Access Key (access_key) -- Coupang API access key
   • Secret Key (secret_key) -- Coupang API secret key
   • Vendor ID (vendor_id) -- your Coupang vendor identifier
3. Click Test Connection to verify API access
4. Configure your default warehouse and company mapping

Step 3: Configure Sync Settings

Product Sync

• Choose sync direction: Coupang-to-Odoo, Odoo-to-Coupang, or bidirectional
• Set sync interval: scheduled (every 5, 15, or 60 minutes)
• Configure product field mapping and category mapping

Inventory Sync

• Map Odoo warehouses to Coupang fulfillment centers
• Set buffer stock quantities if needed
• Enable real-time stock updates on changes

Order Sync

• Enable automatic order import
• Map Coupang payment methods to Odoo payment journals
• Configure fulfillment sync to push tracking numbers

Initial Sync

1. Go to Coupang Store Management > Operations > Initial Import
2. Select data types to import (Products, Customers, Orders)
3. Set date range for historical orders
4. Click Start Import and monitor progress in the sync log

Dashboard

The built-in OWL 2 dashboard provides real-time visibility into your integration:

• 6 KPI cards -- Revenue, Orders, Customers, Products, Avg Order Value, and Sync Health -- each with period-over-period delta indicators
• Sales Trend chart (Chart.js line chart) with interactive date filtering
• Order Status breakdown (doughnut chart) showing distribution across statuses
• Period filters -- Today, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, Year, or Custom date range
• Activity feed showing recent sync log entries with type indicators
• Quick action buttons for Products, Orders, Customers, Queue, Logs, and Settings
• Status footer with Queue Jobs, Errors, Out of Stock, and Sync Rate
• Auto-refresh every 60 seconds with dark mode support
• Clear states -- placeholders while loading, a Try again message if loading fails, and a setup panel before any store is connected

New in 2.3.1: the dashboard loads again on every Odoo version (a template error had stopped it), follows Odoo's dark theme, and Coupang users can open Coupang → Orders without an Access Error. See the full release notes.

Troubleshooting

Connection failed	Verify API credentials; check network connectivity
Sync not running	Check Odoo scheduled actions (cron jobs) are enabled
Duplicate products	Review product mapping; ensure SKU matching is configured
Orders not importing	Verify order status filters and date range settings
Signature mismatch	Verify Access Key and Secret Key; check server clock sync (UTC)
Vendor ID not found	Confirm your vendor ID in Coupang Wing account settings
Rocket delivery errors	Ensure warehouse mapping matches Coupang fulfillment centers
Coupon export returns nothing	Coupang accepted the call but returned no coupon record. Check the coupon on Coupang before retrying; a coupon that already exists is expired, not updated — Coupang publishes no coupon update operation.
"… is not available: Coupang publishes no Open API operation for it"	The action you started has no Coupang API (for example reviews, seller performance scores, webhook subscription or standalone image upload). Nothing was sent to Coupang. Manage it in Wing directly.
