Temu Store Management

Integrate your Temu seller account with Odoo to manage products, orders, and logistics on one of the fastest-growing discount e-commerce marketplaces globally. This module connects to Temu's Seller API to synchronize your catalog, automate order batch processing, and track performance through a real-time OWL 2 dashboard built directly into Odoo.

In a multi-company database the Temu dashboard and sync endpoints now work only with the connections of the companies you are working in, and starting a sync is reserved for Temu Managers.

The same release fixes Test Connection on US and EU shops, puts the Odoo 19 build back on the Temu API operation names Temu's gateway recognises (2.2.0 had renamed them), removes settings that did nothing, and speeds up the dashboard.

Prerequisites​

  • Odoo 17, 18, or 19 (Community or Enterprise edition)
  • A Temu seller account with API access (approved through Temu's seller program)

Installation​

  1. Download the module ZIP from your ECOSIRE Dashboard
  2. Extract to your Odoo addons directory: 
    unzip ecosire-temu-*.zip -d /opt/odoo/addons/
  3. Restart the Odoo service: 
    sudo systemctl restart odoo
  4. Navigate to Apps, click Update Apps List
  5. Search for "ECOSIRE Temu Store Management" and click Install

Configuration​

Step 1: Obtain Temu API Credentials​

  1. Log in to the Temu Seller Center
  2. Navigate to Account Settings and then API Access
  3. Request API credentials if not already provisioned
  4. Copy the App ID and App Secret

Step 2: Connect in Odoo​

  1. Navigate to Settings and then Integrations and then Temu
  2. Enter your App ID and App Secret
  3. Click Authorize to complete the authentication flow
  4. The connection status should show Connected

Step 3: Configure Sync Settings​

  1. Product Sync: Map Odoo products to Temu's category structure. Configure required product attributes, image specifications, and pricing rules.
  2. Inventory Sync: Set the sync interval (recommended: every 15 minutes). Configure stock buffers and oversell prevention thresholds.
  3. Order Sync: Enable automatic order import with batch processing. Configure fulfillment SLA timers and packing workflow triggers.
  4. Pricing Strategy: Set up competitive pricing rules with floor prices and margin targets. Enable automatic repricing if desired.
  5. Settlement Tracking: Enable automatic settlement import to reconcile Temu payments with Odoo accounting entries.

Initial Sync​

  1. Navigate to Temu and then Import in the Odoo menu
  2. Click Import Categories to sync Temu's product category tree
  3. Click Import Products to pull your existing listings into Odoo
  4. Click Import Orders and set the date range for historical order import
  5. Review quality compliance reports and address any flagged items

Dashboard​

The OWL 2 real-time dashboard provides:

  • Sales Overview: Revenue, order volume, and units sold with growth trends
  • Pricing Intelligence: Competitive positioning and price gap analysis
  • Inventory Levels: Stock coverage with fast-mover and slow-mover identification
  • Fulfillment Pipeline: Order processing stages with SLA countdown indicators
