Prerequisites
- Odoo 17, 18, or 19 (Community or Enterprise edition)
- An active ECOSIRE license for this module
- A Temu seller account with API access (approved through Temu's seller program)
Installation
- Download the module ZIP from your ECOSIRE Dashboard
- Extract to your Odoo addons directory:
unzip ecosire-temu-*.zip -d /opt/odoo/addons/ - Restart the Odoo service:
sudo systemctl restart odoo - Navigate to Apps, click Update Apps List
- Search for "ECOSIRE Temu Store Management" and click Install
- Enter your ECOSIRE license key when prompted
Configuration
Step 1: Obtain Temu API Credentials
- Log in to the Temu Seller Center
- Navigate to Account Settings and then API Access
- Request API credentials if not already provisioned
- Copy the App ID and App Secret
Step 2: Connect in Odoo
- Navigate to Settings and then Integrations and then Temu
- Enter your App ID and App Secret
- Click Authorize to complete the authentication flow
- The connection status should show Connected
Step 3: Configure Sync Settings
- Product Sync: Map Odoo products to Temu's category structure. Configure required product attributes, image specifications, and pricing rules.
- Inventory Sync: Set the sync interval (recommended: every 15 minutes). Configure stock buffers and oversell prevention thresholds.
- Order Sync: Enable automatic order import with batch processing. Configure fulfillment SLA timers and packing workflow triggers.
- Pricing Strategy: Set up competitive pricing rules with floor prices and margin targets. Enable automatic repricing if desired.
- Settlement Tracking: Enable automatic settlement import to reconcile Temu payments with Odoo accounting entries.
Initial Sync
- Navigate to Temu and then Import in the Odoo menu
- Click Import Categories to sync Temu's product category tree
- Click Import Products to pull your existing listings into Odoo
- Click Import Orders and set the date range for historical order import
- Review quality compliance reports and address any flagged items

The OWL 2 real-time dashboard provides:
